家居装修有四大块支出

一般来说，家居装修有四大块支出:装修部分(包括厨卫设备);家具部分;家电部分;装饰部分。这四大部分在家装总投资里占有多大的分配比例，现今有很多说法。有的认为装修、厨卫占50%，家具占30%，家用电器及其他占20%;也有的认为，装修与家具、家电配套的投资比例应该在1:1或1:2之间。
Generally speaking, household decoration has four major expenditures: decoration part (including kitchen and sanitary equipment); furniture part; household appliances part; decoration part. Nowadays, there are many opinions about the proportion of these four major parts in the total investment of household decoration. 其实这些分配比例都只是相对的，当今家装行业并没有一个统一、确定的标准。由于职业、个性、喜好等不同，因此消费者对家装投资的分配比例也不可能相同。但是，消费者依然可以把大家比较认可的比例，作为预计家装投资，控制家装总支出的一个计算依据。
