装修设计收费标准出台
一、设计收费最低限价标准：
1. The standard of the minimum price of the design fee:
1.设计师100元/㎡起
1. 100 yuan / square meters from the designer
2.主任设计师150元/㎡起
2. 150 yuan / square meters from the chief designer
3.高级设计师300元/㎡起
3. 300 yuan / square meters from the senior designer
4.特邀有影响设计师500元以上/㎡。
There are 4. special effects designer of more than 500 yuan / square meters.
设计师须持证上岗。设计师级别的认定由企业申报，行业培训并颁证。
The designer must be certified. That the designer level declared by the enterprises, industry training and certification.
二、设计业务基本流程
Two. Design the basic business process
1.客户咨询洽谈、双方达成意向后签订设计协议，客户需交纳设计定金(前期设计工本费)(设计费的30-50%)。
1., customer consultation and negotiation. After signing the design agreement, the customers need to pay the design deposit (the cost of the pre design work) (the 30-50% of the design fee).
2.设计师进行现场勘测及原建筑结构图纸为依据并提供装饰装修设计方案图纸，双方就方案交换意见并确认后，双方签字备案。

3.设计方案定稿后开始绘制详图。客户对详图无异议情况下确认签字后方可作为设计定稿的依据。

4.设计图纸完成后，再次交换意见，并修正确认;双方交接设计文件，工程结束后结清余下设计费。

三、设计服务内容

3.开工时进行技术交底(外埠工程加收差旅费)。

注：设计师应在施工过程中进行二次以上现场指导，并参与工程验收。
